Meet the heart behind Nesting Lullabies

Hi, I’m Chantal—a mom to a busy toddler, a certified newborn care specialist, and a birth and postpartum doula. I created Nesting Lullabies to support families during the most tender hours of early parenthood, when everything feels new, tender, and a little overwhelming as you find your own way.

My approach is gentle, evidence-based, and judgment‑free. I support your feeding choices, prioritize safe sleep, and care for your baby with patience and intention while you rest and recover. Whether I’m with your family overnight or during the day, my goal is simple: to help you feel calm, confident, and genuinely supported in this transition.

My work is deeply meaningful to me; every family I support is held with warmth, respect, and calm, intentional care. You bring your real, honest, beautiful story—I’ll bring steady hands, a quiet heart, and evidence‑based support so you can find your own rhythm with your baby.

We’ll talk through your family’s needs, schedule, and comfort level before we work together.

🌙 OVERNIGHT NEWBORN CARE

🌿 POSTPARTUM RECOVERY

Gentle Guidance for Your Body, Mind, and New Baby

The weeks after birth are sacred — and vulnerable.

You may feel exhausted, unsure, emotional, or disconnected from your body. You may also feel deep love and deep overwhelm at the same time.

Postpartum recovery is not something you should navigate alone.

My recovery programs are designed to help you rebuild physically, regulate your nervous system, and gain confidence in caring for your baby — all within the comfort of your own home. This is structured, intentional support focused on maternal healing and newborn guidance.

The 4-Week Postpartum Recovery Reset

A guided in-home recovery experience for the early postpartum period.

Includes:
  • Weekly 3-hour in-home sessions (4 total)
  • Gentle core and mobility reconnection
  • Postural and breathing support
  • Nervous system regulation techniques
  • Emotional processing and reflection space
  • Feeding and newborn rhythm guidance
  • Light baby care during sessions so you can rest, shower, or reset
  • Personalized recovery roadmap

Each session follows a structured flow so you feel steady and supported — not rushed or overwhelmed.

This program focuses on maternal healing and newborn education. It is not a housekeeping or nanny service.

Extended Recovery Options

6-week and 8-week packages are available for families seeking continued guidance, deeper physical rebuilding, and additional rhythm support. Custom plans can be created based on your recovery needs.

Stories of Being Held

“Hiring Chantal was one of the best decisions my partner and I made during my pregnancy and postpartum journey. From our first meeting her calm, knowledgeable, compassionate presence put us at ease. During labor she was invaluable. She provided continuous physical support, such as back massages and guiding me into different positions, which helped me manage the contractions. Her emotional support and encouragement made me feel so strong, focused, calm, and truly empowered me to have the birth experience I wanted. In the postpartum period, Chantal’s help and attention continued to be a blessing. She has been wonderful with our baby, and her tips on breastfeeding and soothing the baby were a huge help for me as a first-time mom. We are forever grateful for everything she did for our family. I would recommend her a thousand times over to anyone looking for an amazing doula!”

Thais B.

“As a first-time mom and pediatric ER nurse, I didn’t think I’d need a doula-until my husband returned to work and I felt overwhelmed. Finding Chantal was the best decision we made. She cared for our daughter with such warmth that I felt completely at ease taking time for myself. Chantal was easy to talk to, supportive during my breastfeeding struggles, and truly understood the postpartum experience as a mom herself. I’m so grateful I booked her!"

Kayla R.

“Chantal came to our home five nights a week through our first couple of months of parenthood. Having her here to care for our newborn put our minds at ease and enabled us to get some much-needed sleep. As first-time parents, we sought her advice about feeding, schedules, sleep hygiene, etc. We are so glad Chantal was able to care for our newborn in those early months and heartily recommend her services to others."
